Dallas Stars at Colorado Avalanche

The momentum continues to swing throughout this series, with each team trading wins recently. Dallas won the last game at home and now has a chance to close this series out.

Each team is talented on both sides of the ice, but we haven't seen any consistency. Take the Stars' offense as an example. They finished the regular season third in goals scored, but they’ve scored two or fewer goals in three of the five games so far in this series. They somehow re-grouped and netted six goals in Game 5.

The Avalanche offense has been great throughout the series. If they can push on, Nathan MacKinnon, with five goals in this series, could be a Conn Smythe nominee. They are getting a ton of contributions, with seven players scoring at least three points.

Parlay Odds: +570

Toronto Maple Leafs at Ottawa Senators

Toronto fans have to be feeling uneasy going into this game. After winning three straight, the Senators have made this series interesting with back-to-back victories. If it were any other franchise, there may not be much to worry about, but we know the Maple Leafs' history in the playoffs. Since 2006, they are 2-12 in playoff series, and they don't want to add another series loss to a rival like Ottawa.

Unlike the games they were winning, the Leafs heavily controlled the puck with a 61.38% Fenwick rate in the last game, so they got plenty of shot opportunities. They took 11 high-danger shots against Senators goalie Linus Ullmark, who saved all of them, and 29 shots in total.

This could be the game they get it done in. Toronto has been the better team throughout this series. If they can clean up their special teams, they can close it out tonight.

Parlay Odds: +681

Los Angeles Kings at Edmonton Oilers

The Oilers looked dead in the water after dropping the first two games. The offense was doing its best with seven goals in that span, but it doesn't help when your goaltender gives up 11.

This isn't the first time Stuart Skinner has struggled in the playoffs. Last season, he was briefly benched in the second round before resuming his starting role in the Stanley Cup Finals. Calvin  Pickard has stepped in and improved with every game. He's allowed eight goals and a .912 save percentage in three games.

The Oilers have all the momentum to close the series out at home. The Kings were one of the best overall defenses in the league this year, and Darcy Kuemper is a Vezina Trophy finalist. However, he's seen 144 shots in these five games, 33 more than the Oilers have allowed, and they own the expected goal share at 51.88%.

Momentum has shifted towards Edmonton. The Kings are good enough offensively to compete with the Oilers, but their top-tier defense has struggled.

Parlay Odds: +544
