Davis Thompson will make his debut at the Masters this season. He played collegiate golf at the University of Georgia and is a lifelong resident of Georgia, so he may have a bit of familiarity with Augusta National in a non-professional environment.

Recent Form

This year has had a bit of everything for Davis Thompson on the PGA Tour. The 25-year-old has one top-10 finish, which he logged recently at THE PLAYERS Championship, followed by a t-27th finish at the Texas Children’s Houston Open. He's missed three cuts and ranks 10th in total driving, 17th in greens in regulation at 70.1% and 23rd in SG: Off-the-Tee.

Betting Outlook: 2025 Masters Predictions

Oddsmakers are valuing Thompson at 110-1 in the outright betting market at the Masters. We have no data on prior performances at Augusta National, which makes Thompson a bit of a wild card prospect to bet on this week. He's -150 for a top-40 finish. I'd rather grab plus-odds on Thompson to miss the cut at +150 since he's missed the cut in two of his previous four events played.
